摘要
笔者将一台离线的SF_6变压器外壳作为试验容器,对变压器内SF_6气体进行局部加热试验,全程对气体分解产物进行跟踪检测,将模拟过热点温度下的检测结果进行分析研究,找出SF_6气体过热点温度与气体分解产物的变化关系,得出了SF_6气体在加热温度不断升高的过程中顺序产生HF、SOF_2、SO_2、SO_2F_2的结论,同时确定了上述各分解气体在加热过程中出现的温度区间,旨在给有效评估SF_6设备状态、对设备内部故障性质进行判断提供参考。
Taking an SF6 transformer shell as chamber, we locally heated the SF6 gas in transformer to measure the gaseous decomposition products during heating process. The results show that HF, SOF2, SO2, and SO2F2 appear orderly with rising temperature. By analyzing the measurements, the relationship between thermal decomposition of SF6 gas and overheat temperature is discovered, and the temperature range corresponding to each gaseous decomposition product is revealed, which may facilitate running condition evaluation and internal fault determination of electrical devices.
