Research Progress on Cucumber Haploid Culture

综述了近几年来人工培养诱导产生黄瓜单倍体的研究进展,包括黄瓜单倍体的主要获得途径、影响黄瓜单倍体培养的主要因素和黄瓜单倍体培养中存在的问题,并对黄瓜单倍体培养前景进行了展望。

This paper briefly reviewed the research progress on producing cucumber haploid by the artificial culture, including the main ways to get cucumber haploid,main factors influencing the cucumber haploid culture,existing problems and prospects of cucumber haploid culture.
