摘要
南水北调中线干线工程渠道混凝土衬砌为大面积薄层结构,通过已完工的南水北调中线京石段渠道工程发现衬砌混凝土板产生了各种裂缝,通过对出现的裂缝进行分析发现混凝土衬砌板裂缝与冻胀压力、温度应力、施工质量、混凝土施工配合比和基础稳定性等有很大的关系,通过分析产生原因并采用合理处理方法能够保证渠道衬砌板结构原有的整体性以及防水防渗漏的要求。
It selected the large and thin layer structure as the main type of concrete lining in the main canal of the South to-North Water Diver sion Project. It is found that there are different kinds of cracks in the lining concrete of the finished sections of the project. The analysis shows that there are very close relationship between cracks and frozen stress, temperature stress, construction quality, concrete mixing proportion, and foundation stability. Through analyzing the main reason for cracks, it proposed some reasonable treatment to satisfy the requirement of structure stability, waterproof and leak-proof
