摘要
结合建筑企业目前工程项目管理的特点，论述了建筑工程施工分包过程控制的重要性、并根据建筑企业专业化的特点，分析了分包过程管理常见问题及解决办法，阐明如何在项目管理中更好地控制好分包过程质量，以提高项目的整体管理水平。
Combining the characteristics of current project management of construction enterprises, discusses the importance of construction sub- contracting process control, and according to the professional characteristics of construction enterprises, analysis of common problems and solutions of the subcontracting process management, clarifying how to better control the subeontraeting process in project management quality, to improve the overall management of the project.
