摘要
全面介绍了铝及其合金化学转化膜的处理工艺,详细描述了未来可替代铬酸盐处理的钛盐、锆盐体系化学转化膜和硅烷表面处理技术。对其化学原理,工艺条件,工艺流程和特点进行了系统介绍。这两种工艺具有无毒,污染性小,废水废渣少,防腐性能良好,可以在室温下进行处理和处理时间短等优点,目前已经得到了工业化生产应用。
Chemical conversion film treatment technologies for aluminum alloy were totally described,and there was an excellent potential for Ti/Zr conversion coatings and silane treatment to replace for chromate-containing treatment.Chemical principles,process conditions,technical processes and their features were discussed.These two methods had the advantages of non-toxic,less pollution,waste water and slag,good corrosion resistance,and processing at room temperature with a short time.At present,they applied to industry production was realized.
