沪灞河流域面向生态的水资源优化配置研究

摘要 结合西安市泸灞河流域经济、社会、生态环境等现状,就面向生态的流域水资源优化配置进行研究,建立了多目标线性规划模型,并调用Matlab工具箱中的优化函数进行求解得到优化配置方案,为流域水资源可持续利用规划提供了参考和决策依据。 Water resources problems have seriously restricted the socioeconomic development of Chanba River basin in Xi'an City. Considering the economic, social and ecological status of the basin, ecology-oriented water resources optimal allocation of the basin is systematically studied in this paper. A multi-objective linear programming model is built, and the configuration optimization scheme is obtained by solving this model with the optimization function in Matlab toolbox. The optimal allocation scheme provides reference and decision basis for the plan of sustainable utili zation of water resources in the basin.
