摘要
利用环氧基与氨基反应,将具有抗菌性能的季铵盐与氨烃基硅油通过化学键连接,反应后氨烃基硅油被赋予抗菌功能。反应条件:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵中的环氧基相对氨烃基硅油的氨基的摩尔比为0.45,反应温度85℃,反应时间4 h为宜。应用性能试验得出改性氨烃基硅油能够改善氨烃基硅油在织物整理中的疏水与黄变缺点,提高在头发护理中的梳理性和手感。
Quarternary ammonium salt,which had antimicrobial activity,was connected to aminohydrocarbyl silicone oil by chemical bonding by the reaction of epoxy groups with amino groups.As the result,aminohydrocarbyl silicone oil was given the antibacterial function.2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium was synthesized at the optimum reaction conditions that the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 0.45,reaction temperature was 85 ℃,and the reaction time was 4 h.The applying capability experiment study was carried out,and the modification can improve the performance of product,including better hydrophilicity and getting lighter yellow in fabric finishing,and combing easier and better hand feeling for hair care.
