双草醚和Cu对浮萍的毒性效应 被引量:3

摘要 应用水培实验方法,研究了重金属铜和除草剂双草醚对浮萍的单一毒性和联合毒性效应。结果表明:当Cu2+浓度小于0.2 mg/L,可促进浮萍生长;当浓度达到0.4 mg/L时对浮萍生长产生毒害。双草醚浓度高于0.02 mg/L时,对浮萍生长有显著的抑制作用。相同浓度的Cu2+和双草醚按1∶1等体积混合时明显抑制浮萍生长,且浓度增加,对浮萍生长的毒害效应也逐步增强,叶绿素a的含量明显下降。复合污染对浮萍生长的影响明显大于单一污染,表现为协同作用。 The single toxic and combined toxic effects of Cu^2+ and bispyribac-sodium on Lemna minor were studied.The results showed that Cu2+ could stimulate the growth of Lemna minor and affect on the content of chlorophyll when the concentration of Cu^2+ was below 0.2 mg/L.With the increasing of the treatment concentration of Cu^2+,the growth rate of Lemna minor decreased.When its concentration was more than 0.4 mg/L,the growth of Lemna minor and the content of chlorophyll would be significantly affected.When the concentration of bispyribac-sodium was beyond 0.02 mg/L,Lemna minor's growth was obviously inhibited.The joint toxicity of Cu2+ and bispyribac-sodium would inhibit the growth of Lemna minor in concentration 1:1,and the toxicity of combined pollution is obviously greater than those of single pollution.
