In order to ensure the accuracy of fluoride determination, the principle and operation issues of the fluorine ion selective electrode deter-mination were expounded and introduced the affecting of electrode characteristics and measure conditions to the results in this paper. The future development of fluorine ion selective electrode was analyzed and predicted. On-line Detection equipment of fluoride determination is necessary as the determination requirement improve.
