摘要
利用秦皇岛市水1956年-2005年50年降水量资料,分析得出秦皇岛市降水分布特征和未来变化趋势。降水量年纪变化大,季节分配极不均匀,降水量分布总体呈下降趋势。特别是最近几年降水量连续低于年平均水平,下降趋势明显。利用1956年-2005年月降水量和月平均温度资料,求得各月蒸发量,并求出可利用降水,得出秦皇岛市地表水资源变化特征与降水量变化特征基本相似,地表水资源呈减少趋势。本文系统的介绍了秦皇岛市降水和水资源特性,提出了缓解和解决地表水资源短缺的有效方法,开源节流节约用水和调节产业结构,为可持续发展提供了依据。
Abstract: Based on the data of Qinhuangdao City in 1956-2005, the article concludes rainfall distributive trait and changing trend in the future. The rainfall changes greatly and unevenly on seasonal distribution. The rainfall distribution shows the downtrend. The descending trend is significant, especially in recent years, as rainfall was lower than the average level. By the data of monthly rainfall and monthly mean temperature in 1956 2005, monthly evaporating capacity and available precipitation are obtained. The variation characteristics of surface water are basically similar to those of rainfall. The surface water resources show decreasing trend. The article presents the rainfall and characteristics of water resource in Qinhuangdao, proposes effective method to alleviate and solves surface water resources shortage, for tapping new resources to save water and regulate industry structure, providing basis for sustainable development.
