定州市农村饮水安全工作探讨

Discussion on The Rural Water-drinking Safety Work in Dingzhou City

定州市“十一五”期间饮水安全工作在宣传渠道、方案确定、工程管理、融资机制等方面取得了一些经验，但同时也存在诸如部分受益农户用水积极性不高、水质检验和检测不到位等问题，建议“十二五”期间进一步调整融资结构，建立水质质量控制体系、加大宣传力度，以保证饮水安全工作的顺利开展。

Some experiences of the rural water-drinking safety work of publicity channels, plan determination, project management and financing mechanism were achieved in Dingzhou city. But it exists some problems such as part of benefited farmers didn＇t have enthusiasm of water-using, the lack of test and inspection of water quality. So it was necessary to adjust financing structure, establish the system for detection of water qual-ity, and aggrandize propaganda for ensuring the water-drinking safety work all right in the Twelfth Five-Year.
