Zunhua City Takes Measures to Promote the Operation Management After the Rural Water Safety Project

遵化市的农村饮水安全项目自实施以来一直保持良好的运行态势，建立了一套完整的符合本地实际的农村饮水安全工程运行管理制度，在运行管理中更是多项措施联合运用，使工程的运行、维护、水质检测、管理人员守则都有据可依，创出了一套“政府主导、自主经营、有偿供水、计量用水、用水户参与”建设管理长效机制的“遵化模式”。

As the implementation of rural drinking water safety project has been running well in Zunhua City, its management system has been built in line with local practice. Many measures have been jointly used in the operation management, making the project＇s operation and mainte nance,water quality testing and management staff regulation run on evidence-based conditions. A long-term mechanism for construction and management of ＂Zunhua mode＂ has been created as ＂government-led, autonomous, paid water,measuring water use, water user participation＂.
