2000年黄壁庄水库正常溢洪道安装并使用了液压启闭机设备，至今已经运行10年，设备运行良好。为了提高设备的安全性和可靠性，文中对该设备提出了改进建议，旨在进一步研究探讨，为工程建设提供借鉴。

A hydraulic hoist device was installed for the Huangbizhuang Reservoir Service Spillway in 2000. From then on it has been used for ten years with good effect. To improve reliability and safety of the device, the paper puts forward some improvements aiming at further discussing and studying this device and provides a reference for the construction concerned.
