摘要
目的分析评估不同标本运送模式对血钾与血糖检测结果的影响,为临床准确检测血钾和血糖提供实验依据,并对运送流程提出合理建议。方法采集健康体检者及自愿者肝素钠抗凝静脉血150份,按标本运送时间和运送时标本放置方式的不同分组,检测每组标本的血钾、血糖水平,并与即刻检测组作比较,观察各种运送模式的差异。结果从0.5~4.0 h各组血钾、血糖的检测结果可知,标本放置方式无论是垂直或是水平与0 h组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);血钾检测结果差异从5 h起超出允许总误差,血糖检测结果差异在标本垂直放置从2 h起、水平放置从1 h起超出允许总误差;血钾检测结果随送检时间延长先降低后升高,且标本不同放置方式间的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血糖检测结果随送检时间延长逐渐降低,且标本不同放置方式间的比较除0.5 h组外其余各组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同标本运送模式对血钾与血糖检测结果均有影响,包含血钾检测的标本在运送时间加上待检时间应控制在4 h内,若同时检测血糖则应在1 h内,且运送时标本应垂直放置,否则将影响检验结果的有效性。
Objective To observe the effect of transportation condition on detection of blood glucose and potassium for providing evidence of clinical detection. Methods One hundred and fifty samples from health people undergoing medical examine and volunteers were grouped by transportation condition. Blood glucose and potassium were detected respectively and the result was compared with immediate detection. Results There was difference comparing with the groups of 0 h whether the style of placement was vertical or horizontal from the results of each group in 0.5-4.0 h ; The result of detecting blood potassium exceeded the total allowable error from 5 h, and the result of detecting blood glucose exceeded the total allowable error from 2 h of the vertical placement and 1 h of the horizontal placement; The concentration of blood potassium decreased firstly and then increased as time going and sample transportation condition didn't affect result (P〉0.05). The concentration of blood glucose decreased gradually as time going. Sample transportation condition would affect blood glucose result except group of 0.5 h (P〈0.05). Conclusion The detection of blood glucose and potassium could be affected by blood sample trans-portation condition. Blood potassium should be completed within 4 h and blood glucose within 1 h. The sample should be vertical during transporting.
