区域经济一体化已成为国内外经济关系的总趋势。冷水江市与新化县经济一体化存在客观必要性、现实可能性和实际操作性。
Regional economic integration has become the general trend of domestic and foreign economic relations. The eco- nomic integration of Lengshuijiang and Xinhua county presents objeetive necessity, possibility and actual operation.
