中国古代女性贞节观解读——以明清拟话本小说中的贞节烈女形象为例

Interpretation of Chinese Ancient Female Chastity View——Case Study on Virtuous Women Image in Vernacular Short Novels of the Ming and Qing Dynasties

明清拟话本小说中存在着大量的贞节烈女形象,从这些形象,尤其是那些典型形象身上,可以透视出封建时代女性贞节观的性别特点及其对女性思想行为的支配作用。以明清拟话本小说中的贞节烈女形象为例,中国古代女性视角所理解的贞节观体现出了贞节是女人的"本分内事"、守贞具有双向性和贞节重于孝道、实利等特点。

There were large number of virtuous woman images in vernacular short novels of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. We can see the gender characteristics of female chastity view in feudal period and dominant effect on female thoughts and behaviors from the images, especially those typical images. Taking virtuous women images in vernacular short novels of the Ming and Qing Dynasties as an example, the chastity view which Chinese ancient women understood reflects some features： the chastity is women＇s ＂duty＂, keeping chastity is bidirectional and chastity is important than filial piety and utilitarian.
