阳光体育背景下的健康教育

Health Education Under the Background of Sunlight Sports

目前,我国健康教育存在家长和学生的健康意识不够、学校健康教育落实不足、社区体育资源不够以及体育活动组织不多等问题。从阳光体育与健康教育的相互关系来看,阳光体育背景下的健康教育应该积极培养学生及家长的健康意识,拓宽健康教育的场所,丰富健康教育的内容,从而有效地增强青少年的体质健康。

At present, there are following problems existing in China＇ s health education： health consciousness among Chi- nese students and their parents is inadequate ; schools haven ＇ t implemented the health education fully; sports resources in commu- nities are not enough ; and few sports activities have been organized. From the relationship between sunny sports and health educa-tion into consideration, we propose that under the circumstances of sunny sports, about the health education, schools should actively develop the health consciousness of the students and their parents, enlarge the sports fields and enrich the contents of health education, thus effectively improve the youngsters＇ health.
