摘要
地方电视台主持人队伍建设和管理存在如下问题:重招考轻培养、重外表轻内涵;缺少专业的岗位培训和长远的职业规划;管理手段和方式简单、粗放。提高地方电视台主持人队伍素质要走出"形象至上"的选拔误区,理性科学地把握选拔标准;立足岗位培训,创建学习型主持人队伍;建立能者上、庸者下的优胜劣汰竞争机制;培养"多维化",打造名牌主持人。
The following questions exist in local telovision host team construction and management: attaching importance to recruitment and making light of training, respecting appearance and belittling connotation ; lack of professional training and long- term occupation planning; simple, extensive management means and methods; improving the local television host team quality to go out "the image first" selection error, rational grasp the scientific selection; based on the job training, establishing learning host team; establishing person, Yongzhe the survival of the fittest competition mechanism; cultivation of "multi-dimensional", creating brand-name host.
