摘要 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是一种以中轴关节慢性炎症为主的自身免疫病。在AS的骨关节病变中，骶髂关节几乎全部较早受累。所以，尽早发现AS骶髂关节病变．对于AS的早期诊断及治疗具有重要意义。近年来有研究显示．
