奈达铂腹腔化疗后致不完全性肠梗阻二例 被引量：3

摘要 例1：38岁，孕1产1。因发现下腹部包块进行性增大5月余于2011年5月5日收住我院。入院查体：体形消瘦。妇科检查：腹部可及一巨大包块，腹围97cm，上至剑突，下至耻骨联合，长41em。磁共振成像（MRI）示：腹盆腔占位，考虑恶性肿瘤：囊腺癌（附件来源可能性大）伴少量腹腔积液形成。
