精子DNA碎片化在男性不育中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 目前对精子DNA碎片的研究正处于初步探索的阶段,且其具体发生机制尚未完全弄清。但现有的一系列研究结果显示,其在辅助生殖技术领域中仍显示出了巨大的预测价值。本文分析了精子DNA碎片发生机制、检测技术有关问题的研究现状,以及精子DNA碎片率增加对辅助生殖结局的影响。
