摘要
节目质量的评价日益成为电视行业的一项重要评价指标之一.对于电视节目这种特殊的服务评价大都采用收视率等定量的方法,以及对节目内容、表现形式等定性方法,在节目之间进行比较时,其难度是相当大的。这篇论文主要是将待评价的节目指标(定性与定量)转换成隶属度矩阵,再通过层次分析方法得到各因素的权重向量,从而建立多层次模糊综合评价模型,利用模糊数学原理评价出各节目质量基于各评价指标的综合优越度。
Evaluation of program quality is increasingly becoming an important evaluation indicators in the television industry. It is difficult that the quality of TV programs compares between programs by taking a quantitative method in audience ratings and adopting a qualitative method in program content. This paper mainly presents the establishment of Multi - level Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model, which transforms program indicators into the membership matrix, and through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) abtains the weight vector of each factor, and finally uses the principle of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate a superior degree of each indicators in the quality of the programs.
