摘要
目的:建立蒙药紫檀香可操作的总黄酮质量控制标准。方法:采用显微鉴别、理化分析对蒙药紫檀香进行定性研究;采用紫外分光光法测定蒙药紫檀香中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁确系蒙药紫檀香中的主要有效成分之一;同时建立紫外检测方法,芦丁标准品和紫檀香分别经过Al(NO3)3-NaOH-NaNO2显色后最大吸收波长在340nm,其浓度在1.4859-8.9155μg/mL范围内与吸光度间有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.0553C+0.1526,(R2=0.9970,n=6),平均回收率为97.60%(RSD=1.21%);蒙药紫檀香中总黄酮的平均含量为3.47%。结论:本方法简便、易操作,可作为紫檀香药材鉴别及定量标准,同时为蒙药紫檀香开发复方制剂的新药及其指纹图谱研究提供了可靠依据。
Objective: To establish the operable quality standards on general flavone of Mongolia medicine Pterocarpus indicus Willd.Methods: Microscopy identification and chemical analysis were used to qualitative research and ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied to determinated general flavone content.Results: Rutin was confirmed to be one of the main effective principle in Pterocarpus indicus Willd.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established,and max absorption wavelength were 340nm when rutin standard substance and Pterocarpus indicus Willd were colorated through Al(NO3)3-NaOH-NaNO2.There existed a favourable liner relation density during 1.4859-8.9155μg/mL and absorbance,which regression formula was A=0.0553C+0.1526,(R^2=0.9970,n=6),and the average recovery rate was 97.60%(RSD=1.21%).As a result,the average content of general flavone in Pterocarpus indicus Willd.was 3.47%.Conclusion: The method is convenient and operable,which could be the identification and quantification standard of Pterocarpus indicus Willd.and provide reliable basis to develop related new drugs and its finger-print research.
