咽痛是临床常见症状之一,文章通过1例急性咽痛医案,具体分析王暴魁教授以麻黄附子细辛汤寒热并用治疗本病的辨证思路,详辨其常选用半夏、牡蛎等遣方用药的特点,丰富临床急性咽痛的辨证治疗思路。

Sore throat is a common clinical symptom.This article detailed analysed the therapy of using both cold and heat by Mahuangfuzixixin Decoction to treat acute sore throat with one specific case discussion,and professor WANG Bao-kui,s experience in traditional Chinese medicine usage as Banxia,Muli,and so on.From the analysis,the treatment methodology of acute sore throat could be refined.
