从阴虚火旺论治快速性心律失常的系统评价

Systemic review on treatment of tachyarrhythmia from yin-deficiency and fire-redundancy

目的:通过系统评价验证从阴虚火旺论治快速性心律失常的疗效和安全性。方法:通过检索近20年发表在国内期刊上的从阴虚火旺论治快速性心律失常的临床随机对照试验研究文献,利用Revman 4.2软件进行Meta分析,并进行敏感性分析、发表偏倚分析。结果:有9篇文献纳入评价,9个研究均采用心电图改善为指标,合并效应值OR=3.00,95%可信区间为[2.25,4.00]。7个研究采用中医症状改善为指标,合并效应值OR=5.26,95%可信区间为[3.76,7.38]。试验组和对照组不良反应的发生率分别为6.11%和14.29%,合并效应值OR=0.39,95%可信区间为[0.20,0.75]。结论:病证结合策略是中医循证医学实现的基础,从阴虚火旺论治快速性心律失常疗效确切且安全性高,但有待提高研究文献质量,提供更有力的证据。

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treating tachyarrhythmia from yin-deficiency and fire-redundancy.Methods： Search for randomized controlled clinical studies to treat tachyarrhythmia from yin-deficiency and fire-redundancy by glancing over the medical journals published domestically in the previous 20 years.Carry on Meta analysis,the sensitivity analysis and funnel plot analysis on Revman 4.2 software.Results： 9 studies all assessed the efficacy by ECG,and their OR=3.00,while 95% CI=[2.25,4.00].In addition,7 studies assessed the efficacy by clinical symptoms,and their OR=5.26,while 95%CI=[3.76,7.38].The rate of adverse events in the test group was 6.11%,while in the group was 14.29%,and OR=0.39,95%CI=[0.20,0.75].Conclusion： Disease linked with syndrome is the basement of evidence based TCM.Both efficacy and safety of the methods to treat tachyarrhythmia of yin-deficiency and fire-redundancy are confirmed by systemic assessment.However,the research quality is in great need of improvement.
