“病证结合”医学体系研究——关于脾虚证“病证结合”内涵及外延的探讨

Study of a novel medical system: connotations and denotations in 'integrative disease and syndrome mode'

目的:探索中西医"病证结合"方法学的科学性和建立"病证结合"医学体系。方法:采用现代科学先进设备和技术方法,在整体-组织-细胞-亚细胞-分子生物学-原子生物学水平,从机体结构态-代谢态-功能态的层次,系统研究了"病证结合"方法学的科学性。结果:通过20年对分子生物学和原子生物学指标(血cAMP、SOD、LPO、3H-TdR LCT与胃黏膜cAMP和Zn、Cu、ZnO、CuO,以及细胞核与线粒体内Zn、Cu)量变和机制以及胃黏膜组织细胞病理学(细胞形态结构变化,肠化生分型和不典型增生分度)和亚细胞病理学(细胞核与线粒体的超微结构)变化的研究,证明了中西医"病证结合"间存在密切的内在联系,明确"病证结合"方法学是科学的;创立"病证结合"医学体系框架结构("病证结合"病理生理学、"病证结合"病理学、"病证结合"临床分型和"病证结合"治疗学)并奠定了理论基础。结论:自从1999年提出"病证结合医学体系"以来,经历13年学术界实验和临床研究的考验,证明这是创新而实用的医学体系。

To explore the relationship between disease and Chinese medicine syndrome and to establish a new medical system of ＇integrative disease and syndrome mode（IDSM）＇ for disease treatment.Methods： Utilizing advanced equipment and technique,we systematically investigated IDSM by studying not only structural,metabolic and functional changes of the body,but also whole organization,tissue,cell,organelle,and molecular and atomic alternations in diseases.Results： Serum indicators（cAMP,SOD,LPO,and ^3H-TdR LCT）,gastric mucosa indicators（cAMP,Zn,Cu,ZnO,and CuO）,nucleus and mitochondria indicators（Zn and Cu）,pathological alterations of gastic mucosa（cellular structure changes,intestinal metaplasia,and atypical hyperplasia）,and ultrastructural changes of nucleus and mitochdria were well studied over 20 years.With these findings,we established a new IDSM for dieseases indcluding the theoretical frame of pathology,clinical classification and therapeutic approaches.Conclusion： ＇Integrative Disease and Syndrome Mode＇ have been proved to be a novel and practical mode for disease treatment over 13 years of the experimental and clinical studies.
