摘要
目的:研究杨梅核提取物酚性物质含量及抗氧化活性。方法:在测定杨梅核不同乙醇浓度提取物中酚性物质含量的基础上,采用分光光度法,测定该提取物对DPPH、脂质过氧化的清除能力和总还原力,并通过多元线性回归分析,考察了其体外抗氧化活性及酚性物质含量的相关性。结果:杨梅核不同乙醇浓度提取物均具有显著的抗氧化活性,且自由基清除率与各提取物中总黄酮含量呈正相关。结论:黄酮类化合物可能是其抗氧化作用的主要物质基础。
Objective: To investigate phenolic components and the antioxidant activity in vitro of Myrica rubra kernel extract. Methods: Using the spectrophotometry to test phenolic components in the extracts and to study the radical scavenging capacity of DPPH, lipid peroxidation and the total reducing of Myrica rubra kernel extract. Then it was surveyed the correlation between the phenolic components and the antioxidant activity by the multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The extracts all showed good antioxidant activity and the free radical efficiency had a positive correlation with the flavone contents, Conclusion: The flavone may be the main material of antioxidant activity in Myrica rubra kernel extract.
