整脊结合脊得舒丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Chiropractic combined Jideshu Pill in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察整脊结合脊得舒丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将98例患随机分为对照组和治疗组各49例,对照组采用整脊疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用脊得舒丸治疗,15d为1个疗程。结果:对照组治愈33例,显效5例,有效3例,无效8例,有效率为83.76%;治疗组治愈42例,显效4例,有效2例题,无效1例,有效率为97.95%,两组采取有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:整脊结合脊得舒丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

To observe the clinical effect of chiropractic combined Jideshu Pill in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods： 98 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group.49 patients in control group were treated with chiropractic therapy,the treatment group were treated with chiropractic combined Jideshu Pill,15 days for treatment course.Results： There were 33 cases cured in control group,of which markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,the effective rate was 83.76%;There were 42 cases cured in treatment group,of which markedly effective in 4 cases,effective in 2 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,the effective rate was 97.95%.There were significant difference between the effective rates of two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： The chiropractic combined Jideshu Pill treatment for lumbar disc herniation is curative.
