摘要
为降低大机型高产液井的机采井能耗,研究试验WCYJW14-8-11.5节能抽油机。WCYJW14-8-11.5节能抽油机取消了常规游梁式抽油机的游梁、曲柄和减速箱等装置,传动效率得到大幅地提高。与常规14型抽油机对比,该抽油机大幅度地降低了装机功率,平均有功节电率达到36.66%,综合节电率37.13%,同时系统效率提高12个百分点。WCYJW14-8-11.5节能抽油机为今后高产液井的节能技术措施提供了可靠的依据。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of machine production wells with large liquid produc-tion, WCYJW14-8-11.5 energy-saving pumping unit was developed. The transmission efficiency has been increased greatly because there is not the beam, crank and speed reducer of conventional beam-pumping unit in WCYJW14-8-11.5 energy-saving pumping unit. The installed power of this pumping unit was reduced greatly by comparing with 14 Type conventional pumping unit. The av-erage active energy-saving rate is up to 36.66%, and the comprehensive energy-saving rate is up to 37.12%. The system efficiency rate was increased by 12 percent points. WCYJW14-8-11.5 ener-gy-saving pumping unit provides a reliable basis for energy-saving technology with high rate pro-duction wells in the feature.
