抽油机用节能电动机节能效果测试与分析

31 Energy-saving effect testing and analysis on energy-saving motor for pumping unit

摘要 抽油机用节能电动机是最主要的抽油机用节能产品,近些年社会及油田各部门陆续研制了各种抽油机用节能电动机,而这些节能电动机的节能效果如何便成了主要问题。采用抽油机用节能电动机节能效果的测试方法,对55台不同节能电动机进行了测试,从测试结果可以看出每种节能电动机均有一定的节电效果,但相比之下超高转差电动机和双功率电动机节电率平均值都在15%以上,节能效果较为显著。文中主要介绍了目前应用较多的永磁同步电动机、超高转差电动机、双速双功率电动机、双定子电动机的节能原理及优缺点,为油田选取有效的节能电动机起到一定的指导作用。 The energy-saving motor is one of the most important energy-saving products for the beam pumping unit. In recent years, more and more energy-saving motors for the beam pumping unit are developed by social sectors and oilfields, so the effects of the energy-saving motor become a main problem. Fifty-five different energy-saving motor have been tested. The test results show that the energy-saving effects of the ultra-high slip motor and the double power motor are more obvious. The average value of their energy-saving rate is more than 15%. The energy-saving principle, advantages and disadvantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor, ultra-high slip motor, double power motor and double stator motor are introduced in this paper, which is helpful for playing a certain role in selecting effective energy-saving motor for oilfields.
