美国:电子鼻有望用于检测水果成熟度 被引量:1

摘要 判断哈密瓜成熟度是一件比较困难的事情,消费者偶尔会买到过熟或者未成熟的哈密瓜。不能正确判断哈密瓜成熟度,就不能让哈密瓜达到最佳销售水平,这会对哈密瓜的销售造成负面影响。目前美国加利福尼亚大学所做的一些科研成果可能将改变凭经验买瓜的现状。据电子鼻研究人员称,为了能研发出快速评估果实成熟度和香气的方法,
