摘要
我国图书馆自动化建设是一个长期的、渐进的过程。人们的观念、阅读习惯、文化素质、获取信息的渠道、计算机专业人才以及硬件环境等诸因素都将影响图书馆自动化的进程和电子文献的发展。图书馆要面对现实,正确认识和处理图书馆自动化建设与纸质文献服务的关系,脚踏实地地解决图书馆自动化建设进程中的问题。
The library automation construction in China is a gradual course of long-term. The factors that will influence upon the whole course of library automation construction and the development of electronic literature in China have been studied by the author. They are: public sense, reading habits, personal cultural quality, channel of information access, qualified personnel in computer science and hardware circumstance. So the decision-making persons of libraries should be realistic and rational in understanding and dealing with the relationship between the library automation construction and the utilization of the paper-based literature in library service.
