基于“虚邪瘀”理论的风湿病学科体系建立及相关研究

The establishment and interrelated research of rheumatism discipline system based on the theory of“xu xie yu”

目的:建立规范的风湿病辨证论治体系。方法:在"以疗效为本,不搞短平快,方法要慎密"的原则指导下,采用临床研究、文献与理论研究、流行病学研究、实验研究的方法。四种方法相互支撑、反复进行,历时30年。结果:认为风湿病的基本病因病机为"虚邪瘀",并建立了"风湿病基本病因病机模式图"。在此基础上,创风湿病虚邪瘀辨证方法与效方、治疗原则与方法、治未病原则与方法,形成了中医特色突出的风湿病学科体系。结论:风湿病存在虚邪瘀规律,以此建立的风湿病辨证论治体系具有重要的临床实用价值。

Objective：To establish a standardized syndrome differentiation system of rheumatism. Methods： Under the guidance that ＂Based on curative effect, abandoning short, ordinary and fast, methods should be rigorous＂, the methods of clinical, literary, theoretical, epidemiologieal and experimental research were adopted. The four methods have mutual supported and repeated for 30 years. Results ： The basic etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatism is＂ xu xie yu＂, and have established ＂The patterning of the basic etiology and pathogenesis of the rheumatism＂. On this basis, the dialectical methods and effective prescriptions, treatment principles and methods of ＂xu xie yu＂ theory of rheumatism, as well as the principles and methods of preven- tive treatment of disease were established ,the diseip]ine system of rheumatism with outstanding characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine was formed. Conclusion： ＂xu xie yu＂ rules are existing in rheumatism, and based on this, the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of rheumatism have been having important clinical practical value.
