祛斑养阴颗粒在系统性红斑狼疮治疗中的减毒增效作用

Observation of Qubanyangyin granules in Decreasing Toxicity and Increasing Efficacy on Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus patients of Yin Deficiency Inner Heat.

目的:观察祛斑养阴颗粒对阴虚内热型系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者减毒增效的作用。方法:将120例SLE患者随机分为两组。中西药组80例予祛斑养阴颗粒和西药常规方案治疗,西药组40例予西药常规方案治疗,在入组时即对患者进行狼疮活动指数、损伤程度进行调查,经治疗后统计各组达到病情缓解所需时间,并进行狼疮活动度、损伤程度评分,统计1年内的复发率、副作用及并发症发生率。结果:中西药组达到疾病完全缓解所需时间为(4.23±1.98)天,明显低于西药组(5.36±1.78),P<0.05;狼疮活动度、损伤程度评分均较本组治疗前显著下降,且中西药组治疗后狼疮活动指数、损伤程度评分均低于西药组;中西药组狼疮复发率低于西药组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在痤疮或多毛等皮肤症状、失眠或抑郁等情绪异常及其他副作用或并发症(如Cushing综合征、白内障等)发生率方面,中西药组显著低于西药组,(P<0.05)。结论:祛斑养阴颗粒结合西药能更有效控制阴虚内热型狼疮患者病情,提高临床疗效,尽快缓解病情,并能减轻西药毒副作用,降低复发率,延长疾病的稳定期,改善病程,更好控制疾病。

Objective：To observe the Decreasing Toxicity and Increasing Efficacy of Qubanyangyin granules on Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus （SLE） patients of Yin Deficiency Inner Heat. Methods ： The outpatient and inpatient clinical diagnosis of SLE with a total of 120 patients were randomly divided into integrative group（ 80 cases ）, which was treated by Qubanyangyin granules and conventional western medi- cine, and western medicine group （40 cases ） , which was treated by conventional western medicine. SLEDAI and SLCCACR DI scores of all cases were administered before incorporating group. After treatment, the dura- tion of diseases remission , SLEDAI and SLCC/ACR DI scores of all cases, recurrence rate, side effect and Complication incidence rate during one years were statisticed. Results： the time for diseases completely remis- sion in integative group （4.23 ± 1.98 ） was significantly lower than the western medicine group （ 5.36 ± 1. 78） ,the t test was significantly different （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The SLEDAI and SLCC/ACR DI scores were decreasing after treatment, and scores were lower in integrative group than western medicine group; recurrence rate were lower in integrative group than western medicine group, the t test was significantly different（P 〈 0.05 ） ;And in acne or hairy etc skin symptoms, insomnia or depression etc emotional and other side effects or complica- tions rates , such as Cushingg syndrome and cataract, are significantly lower in integrative group than western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The combination of Qubanyangyin granules and western medicine can be more effective to treatment systemic lupus erythematosus patients of Yin Deficiency Inner Heat, which can improve the clinical curative effect, remission the disease as quickly as possible, reduce the toxic effect of western medicine, decrease the recurrence rate ,extend the Stable Phases, reduce the Course, and can be bet-ter to control the disease.
