摘要
基于以混沌激振器为激励设备的八边形冲击压路机压实轮的工作状态,建立机架-压实轮-土壤的动力学模型,借助MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件对其压实过程进行数值仿真,对压实轮系统振动特性进行混沌识别,探讨不同路面条件和激振频率下的工作轮运动规律.仿真结果对混沌激振器在冲击压路机的应用具有一定的参考价值.
Based on the working conditions of octagonal impact-compaction wheels,a dynamical model for rack,compaction wheel and soil is established using the chaotic exciters.By applying the MATLAB/SimulinkTM simulation software for numerical simulation on compaction process,the vibration properties of compaction wheel system are recognized via chaotic identification.The movement law of working wheels is postulated under different road-surface conditions and excitation frequencies.To this end,the simulation results set a reference to the application of chaotic exciter for impact-compactors.
