串联式混合动力推土机系统建模及性能仿真 被引量:2

System modeling and performance simulation on series hybrid bulldozers

摘要 为了从理论上对混合动力推土机进行研究,并从中找到有利于系统节能的有效途径,以某传统动力推土机为原型,运用AVL CRUISE和MATLAB/Simulink软件建立基于电池的双电机串联式混合动力推土机的仿真模型.通过试验采集原型机在典型工况下的速度谱和载荷谱验证仿真模型和设计推土机工况,从而研究混合动力推土机的动力性和经济性.仿真结果表明:双电机串联式混合动力推土机方案能实现原机的动力性,稳定发动机工作点,提高燃油经济性. Through theoretical study on the hybrid bulldozers,an effective approach is speculated for system energy-saving.With regard to a traditional bulldozer,a simulation model for cell-based dual-motor series hybrid bulldozers is first established based on AVL CRUISETM and MATLAB/SimulinkTM software.By testing and sampling the typical prototype velocity and loading spectra on simulation model and working condition validation,relevant power and economic performances are then investigated.Finally,it is found from simulation results that this approach can realize the prototype power performance,stabilize the engine working-point and enhance the fuel economy.
