摘要
应用专业软件ADAMS,MATLAB建立了轮式拖拉机机电液一体化的虚拟样机仿真平台,在拖拉机运输状态下,进行了轮式拖拉机后悬挂系统的仿真分析.实践证明,轮式拖拉机虚拟样机实现了复杂的机械、控制、液压一体化系统的完整动态模拟,对系统中的重要参数进行实时观测,并采取闭环控制算法,实现了拖拉机农具主动减振的控制.
A virtual-prototype simulation platform is established for wheeled tractors via ADAMSTM and MATLABTM.In the transportation process,the suspension system is simulated and analyzed.Therein,it is proven that the virtual prototype realizes the complete and dynamic simulation on complicated hydromechatronical systems.By real-time monitoring on the key parameters and applying the close-loop control algorithms,the positive vibration-reduction can be realized for such farm-tools as tractors.
