基于灵敏度分析的车辆点焊结构有限元模型修正研究 被引量:2

摘要 点焊技术广泛用于车辆工程,而由于点焊工艺和技术的复杂性和参数不确定性,点焊的有限元建模已经成为当前研究的热点和难点.以帽型梁典型点焊结构为研究对象,运用Nastran软件中CWELD单元对焊点建模,以实验结果为目标,把有限元模型修正转化为数学的最优化问题,运用灵敏度分析方法选定修正对象,利用序列二次规划法进行修正、快速收敛的同时,得到了高精度模型. The spot welding,which is frequently applied for vehicle engineering,possesses complexity and uncertainty in terms of its process and technology.In this regard,related finite element modeling(FEM) has become current research heat and impact.Pertaining to a typical hat-beam spot-welding structure,the CWELD element of NastranTM software is applied for modeling.Based on the experimental results,the FEM is revised and transferred to a mathematical optimization problem.By selecting the revised objects via the sensitivity analysis method,the sequential quadratic programming is used for revision.Accordingly,the fast convergence and high precision can be fulfilled.
