渔船捕捞装备集中控制管理平台的研制 被引量:1

摘要 针对国产捕捞装备自动化程度低、设备可靠性差等问题,利用现代数字管理技术构建渔船捕捞装备集中管理平台,使用组态软件的动画制作、数据采集等功能,发挥组态软件支持市场上常用控制器的通讯协议的优势,实现组态软件与可编程控制器(PLC)之间数字量与模拟量的数据交互.通过构建集中控制交互平台,将各个设备的运行情况直观地展示给工作人员,方便工作人员在后台监控各个设备的运行状态,管理设备的运行,从而降低了管理难度与强度. To resolve such problems as low automation and feasibility of domestic fishing equipments,a centralized management platform is established via modern digitalized management technologies.With application of such functions as animation and data sampling of configuration software,the advantage of communication protocols for popularized controller support is achieved.Furthermore,the digital-analog-data exchange can be realized between configuration software and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller).By constructing a centralized control and exchange platform,the equipment conditions are visually displayed to staffs.This facilitates them in backstage monitoring and management on operational conditions so as to reduce the managerial difficulty and intensity.
