摘要 地层损失是评价地铁盾构施工质量的重要指标,其影响因素众多,机理复杂.基于二维激光扫描、传感器阵列、数据融合等技术,使用二维激光扫描传感器、高精度电子皮带秤、科式质量流量计等传感器,实现对排土体积、质量、注浆量等对盾构施工地层损失影响重大的关键影响因素的实时监测.结合盾构施工的特殊环境和各传感器的使用要求设计本监测系统以及为实现准确测量进行必要的数据处理,为控制地层损失提供一种行之有效的方法. The strata loss,a critical criterion for shielding construction quality,is impacted by various factors and complicated mechanisms.Based on the two-dimensional laser scanning,sensor array and data fusion techniques,such sensors as two-dimensional scanning,high-precision electronic belt scale and Coriolis mass and fluid meter are used for real-time monitoring on key impact factors on strata loss,including the casting volume,casting weight and slip casting value.By integrating special shielding-construction environment with sensor specifications,the monitoring system is designed for accurate measurements via data processing.Therefore,this approach provides an effective method to control the strata loss.
