Analysis of canteen congestion factors based on class fuzzy interpretation structure model

大学食堂包括高中食堂因其容量的限制,管理不善以及学生人数众多、作息时间过于集中等因素常致严重的排队拥堵现象.利用模糊解释结构法并在其基础上进行改进,对食堂拥堵的影响因子进行分析,找出产生拥堵的主要原因,针对原因提出可行方案并总结.

The university canteens, as well as high school cafeteria, because of its capacity limits, poor management and a large number of students, the concentration of work and rest time and other factors, the canteen has severe queuing congestion. This paper uses fuzzy interpretation structure model and its improvement on the basis of the canteen, analyses the impact factors of congestion, finds out the main reasons of congestion, and puts forward feasible schemes.
