摘要
分析了无刷直流电机的工作原理并提出了无刷直流电机的速度、电流双闭环控制系统的设计方案.分析了电机带负载运行特性,之后介绍了无刷直流电机双闭环控制原理及其仿真分析.接着分析了以光电对管及编码盘构成的速度反馈,以功率电阻采样电枢电流构成电流反馈,采用单极性PWM定频调宽控制调速法的电机控制策略,然后介绍了以msp430单片机为主控制器,以IR2130芯片作为三相H逆变驱动桥的前级驱动的控制方案.经测试,该系统运行稳定,调速方便可靠,容易实现,方便扩展.
This paper analysises the principle of brushlcss motors and puts lbrward a design plan of speed and cureent double close loop control system. The working characteristics are discussed when it is loaded, and then a simulation analysis is made on double closed loop system. A driving strategy is introduced which uses the msp430f149 as the main controller and uses the IR2130 as the driving chip, and which includes speed feedback made of photod and code circle and cureent feedback consisting of power resistance. The testing of the system working condition is also introduced.
