带八极杆碰撞/反应池的电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿中碘 被引量:8

摘要 目的:建立尿碘的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。方法:尿样经1%硝酸稀释20倍,用115In作内标,采用氦碰撞反应模式,直接进样ICP-MS法测定。结果:样品加标的回收率为92.0%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~1.3%,方法检出限为1.0μg/L。本法结果与WS/T 107-2006砷铈催化分光光度法结果相比,无显著性差异,对标准物质进行了分析,结果令人满意。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可以应用于大批量尿样中碘的日常检测。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of iodine in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods: The samples were diluted by 1%HNO3 and then determined by 0RS-ICP-MS with indium element as internal standard.Results: The recoveries were between 92.0%~99.8%.Relative standard deviations of the method were between 0.7%~1.3%.The detection limit was 1.0 μg/L.The results of analyzing samples were the same as those using national standard method.The results of analyzing standard reference materials were satisfactory.Conclusion: The method is accurate,sensitive,rapid,simple and suitable for the determination of iodine elements analysis in urine.
