带八极杆碰撞/反应池的电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿中碘

Determination of iodine in urine by ORS-ICP-MS

目的:建立尿碘的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。方法:尿样经1%硝酸稀释20倍,用115In作内标,采用氦碰撞反应模式,直接进样ICP-MS法测定。结果:样品加标的回收率为92.0%～99.8%,相对标准偏差为0.7%～1.3%,方法检出限为1.0μg/L。本法结果与WS/T 107-2006砷铈催化分光光度法结果相比,无显著性差异,对标准物质进行了分析,结果令人满意。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可以应用于大批量尿样中碘的日常检测。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of iodine in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS）.Methods： The samples were diluted by 1%HNO3 and then determined by 0RS-ICP-MS with indium element as internal standard.Results： The recoveries were between 92.0%~99.8%.Relative standard deviations of the method were between 0.7%~1.3%.The detection limit was 1.0 μg/L.The results of analyzing samples were the same as those using national standard method.The results of analyzing standard reference materials were satisfactory.Conclusion： The method is accurate,sensitive,rapid,simple and suitable for the determination of iodine elements analysis in urine.
