摘要
目的:建立咖啡、奶茶、豆奶、牛奶等饮料中三聚氰胺的超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-QTOFMS)方法。方法:样品经1%三氯乙酸溶液和乙腈处理,以ACQUITY UPLC BEH C8柱(2.1×100 mm,1.7μm)为分离柱,以10 mmol/L乙酸铵∶乙腈(1∶1)为流动相,采用QTOFMS技术检测。结果:1 min内可快速分离测定三聚氰胺,在0.4 mg/L~200 mg/L内线性关系良好,加标回收率为75.5%~117%,RSD为2.12%~9.77%。结论:该方法快速、准确,可用于饮料中三聚氰胺的快速测定。
Objective:To develop a UPLC-QTOFMS method to determine melamine in beverages.Methods: After the sample was extracted with 1% trichloroacetic acid and acetonitrile,melamine was separated on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C8 column using 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution-acetonitrile(1∶ 1,v/v) as mobile phases.Melamine was qualitatively and quantitatively detected using QTOFMS.Results: Melamine in the sample was separated and determined in less than 1 min.The linear range of melamine was 0.4 mg/L^200 mg/L.The recovery ranges were from 75.5 % to 117%,with the relative standard deviations in the range of 2.12%~9.77%.Conclusion: The method is accurate,fast and suitable for the analysis of melamine in beverages.
