This paper describes the main structure, working principle and technical characteristics of the low power and instanl water heater with vacuum and energy storage. This water heater is composed of electric heating element of low power below lkW, and combined with the technology of vacuum insulation to achieve the purpose of producing heat energy immediately. It has advantage of the energy saving.
