In this paper, the ciliate＇ s oral apperatus, the cortex, the extrusomes and the nucleus are summarized. The problems and deficiencies existed in the study are revealed, the need to improve the part of the taxonomy and morphology are put forward , and the theoretical reference and basis for further studies in ciliates are provided.
