摘要
采用AnsysWorkbench软件建立了穿管支架有限元模型并进行了静力和模态分析,得到了其结构变形图以及前6阶固有频率和模态振型。对计算结果的分析表明,穿管支架具有良好的静力特性和动态特性,能够满足设计要求。指出了穿管支架结构设计的薄弱环节,并为其结构优化设计提供了一些参考数据。
Finite element models of Penetrating Scaffold were built by means of software ANSYS and the slati{, and modal analysis were done through which the stress distribution figures structural deformation figures the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.Consequence analysis were carried out and the results show that penetrating scaffold has good static and dynamic characteristics and can meet the design requirements.Besides the structure weak links of penetrating scaffold were poihted out which provides reference data for further optimization design.
