摘要
针对骨架类产品结构特点,提出了基于构件理论的快速设计方法,并以铁道车辆车体设计为实例,CATIA为设计平台,运用CAA、VC开发工具,以oracle9i为数据库支持,基于该方法开发了适合型号工程的快速设计系统。系统运行表明,所提出的方法及系统能有效避免重复设计,提高设计效率。
A new method of rapid design based on component theory is presented according to Ihe characteristics of skeleton product series, and its corresponding application technology in design of railway rolling stock bodies is carried out on CATIA platform which uses the tool of CAA and VC and is supported by oracle9i database. The results of system running indicate that the method and syslem presented can avoid repeated designing and promole the efficiency of design. And the application of new method in design of ,'oiling stock body is also presented to verify its effectiwmess.
