利用Cimatron-E7.0对玩具车侧盖零件模具进行了加工程序设计,并详细介绍了编程中的加工坐标系、毛坯的设计、零件材料的选用、刀具的选用及编程工艺。
Based on Cimatron E7.0 software, the NC program of milling for the toy car side cover parts is designed. Machining coordinate system, blank design, tile selection of component materials, tool and programming technology, are introduced.
