子宫肌瘤患者舌苔脱落细胞成熟度与体质的相关性研究

STUAY ON CORRELATION BETWEEN EXFOLIATED CELLS OF TONGUE MATURITY AND CONSTITUTION IN HYSTEROMYOMA PATIENTS

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤患者舌苔脱落细胞成熟度与体质的关系。方法:选取10名平和质子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,其他8种体质(阴虚质、阳虚质、气虚质、气郁质、血瘀质、痰湿质、湿热质、特禀质)患者各10名作为观察组。观察舌苔脱落细胞成熟指数(MI)、成熟价值MV与不同体质及舌象的关系。结果:观察组舌苔脱落细胞(MV)明显高于对照组。血瘀组、气郁组患者舌苔脱落细胞成熟指数(MI)明显高于其它观察组。子宫肌瘤患者不同舌色组(紫、淡白、红、淡红)和不同舌苔组(薄白、白腻、薄黄、黄、薄)之间MI、MV差异不显著。结论:子宫肌瘤患者舌苔脱落细胞MI、MV与体质相关,血瘀质与气郁质子宫肌瘤患者舌苔脱落细胞成熟度明显高于其它体质患者。

Objective:To explore the correlation between tongue exfoliated cells maturity and constitution in hysteromyoma patients. Methods:10 cases hysteromyoma of normal constitution were taken as control group, another eight kinds of constitution hysteromyoma patients ( blood stasis constitution,yin deficiency constitution,qi deficiency constitution,yang deficiency constitution,gas stagnation constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution and allergic constitution) were taken as observed group, each constitution contained 10 patients. Tongue exfoliated cells maturity index (MI) and maturity value (MV) and body constitution were observed. Results:MV of observed group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01), MV of blood stasis constitution group and qi stagnation constitution group were significantly higher than those of other observed group (P<0.01) . Different tongue color groups (purple tongue ,light white tongue, red tongue,light red tongue) and different tongue coating groups (thin white coating,thick white coating,thin yellow coating,yellow coating,thin coating) were not significant difference in MI and MV. Conclusion:Tongue exfoliated cells MI, MV were correlated with body constitution in hysteromyoma patients,tongue exfoliated cells maturity of blood stasis constitution group and qi stagnation constitution group were significantly higher than that of other body constitution.
